Farmer's Market
KILMARNOCK FARMER'S MARKET - RULES AND REGULATIONS
- All vendors must pay for site prior to the market day
- Vendors are responsible for Health Department requirements (if required)
- Food vendors must have permit from the Town of Kilmarnock and the Health Department
- All vendors must have a Town of Kilmarnock business license or a special event business license

- Vendors must be on site prior to 8:30AM or will not be allowed to set up due to safety
concerns
- Vendors must set up in the site assigned
- Vehicles will be allowed behind the assigned site
- Vendors are responsible for removing their own trash
- Electricity is not available
- If requested, vendors will be assigned the same site each month with priority
given to those that have paid for the year in advance
